The Personal Balanced Scorecard is a self-paced life coaching strategy tool that works from establishing the personal vision through to the identification and realisation of objectives from the perspectives of Impact, Relationship, Internal Operating System and Learning and Development.
This experiment has just started (although it’s taken two years to get to this stage). So, I welcome your ideas and feedback about how to improve The Personal Balanced Scorecard and how it can help you personally, or if you’re a professional coach, how it can be enhanced to support you to help those you serve.
There are nearly 300 pages in this book and HUNDREDS of coaching questions to explore. Some readers may choose to just read it on line, while others may want to print it out and work through it like a personal development workbook.
However you choose to work through this tool, I’m confident that you’ll receive great value from the experience.
